Herbert J. Butler, Jr.

Herb Butler is an avid outdoorsman who spends his time outside of work along the pristine waterways of the Lowcountry, most often accompanied by his trusty Labs. Herb enjoys duck hunting, fishing, and boating. His interests led to a real estate specialty of homes with land or rural, plantation-like settings. Herb has helped facilitate sales on many of the Charleston area's outer and barrier islands - Wadmalaw, Edisto, James and Johns - and has extensive experience with West Ashley's sought after family neighborhoods of Wappoo Heights and South Windermere. Herb and his wife Helen, also a real estate agent, are longtime residents of the Country Club of Charleston.
