Herb Butler is an avid outdoorsman with a deep appreciation for the Lowcountry landscape and lifestyle. When he’s not working with clients, he can often be found along the region’s waterways with his trusty Labs, enjoying duck hunting, fishing, and boating. That connection to the outdoors has shaped his real estate practice, with a particular expertise in homes with acreage, estate properties, and rural Lowcountry settings.

Herb has represented buyers and sellers throughout the Charleston area, including the outer banks and barrier islands of Wadmalaw, Edisto, James and Johns. He also brings extensive experience in the sought-after West Ashley neighborhoods of Wappoo Heights and South Windermere. Herb and his wife, Helen (also a real estate agent) were longtime residents of the Country Club of Charleston, giving him firsthand knowledge of one of the area’s most established and desirable neighborhoods.
